Choosing an NEMT software plan

The DAXTOP NEMT complete suite comes in four packages — Basic, Standard, Professional, and Enterprise — priced by trip volume, fleet size, and how much of the revenue cycle you want automated. Basic covers what a single-fleet provider needs to stop dispatching from a spreadsheet and a phone: multi-channel trip intake, standing orders, manifest building, a live dispatch board, and the driver mobile app with signature and odometer capture.

Standard is the package most providers move to once broker and health plan volume becomes the majority of the day. It adds automated broker trip import with level-of-service code mapping, automated status return, AI route optimization that re-plans through the day, and the claims engine: payer rules configured once, claims generated from completed trips, clean-claim validation before submission, and a denial worklist that shows the pattern behind lost revenue.

Professional is for multi-region providers and brokerages running their own fleet alongside a subcontracted network — trip shopping and acceptance, provider scorecards, settlement reconciliation, the full credentialing and compliance suite, open API access, and demand forecasting with margin by payer and contract. Enterprise extends that to statewide programs and transit authorities with multi-entity administration, regulatory and accessibility reporting, white-label member experience, contractual service levels, and a dedicated team.

Every package runs the same platform, which is why upgrading is a settings change rather than a migration: your members, vehicles, drivers, standing orders, and trip history come with you. Use the comparison on this page to match the plan to the shape of your operation — the number of trips you run, the payers you bill, and whether you dispatch only your own vehicles or a network of them.
