Does DAXTOP support multiple warehouses?
Yes. DAXTOP's inventory management tracks stock separately for every warehouse and store location while keeping one consolidated, real-time view of the whole operation. Each item shows where its units physically sit — sales floor, back room, central warehouse — and every count updates live as goods are received, sold, or moved.
Transfers between warehouses and stores are first-class operations: both sides' counts update, the movement is logged, and in-transit quantities remain visible. Reorder points work per warehouse, so automated reordering restocks each location according to its own demand rather than a global average.
For logistics-heavy operations
The supply chain and logistics suites extend this with yard and warehouse management, shipment planning, and fleet visibility — connecting warehouse stock to what is actually on the road.
Warehouse workflows that stay accurate
Accuracy in multi-warehouse operations comes from scanning at the boundaries: goods are scanned in at receiving, scanned out on transfer, and scanned again on arrival at the destination. Every movement leaves a record with the operator and timestamp, so a discrepancy is a short investigation instead of a mystery.
Cycle counting works per warehouse too — count a rotating slice of each location weekly rather than freezing the whole operation annually. Combined with per-warehouse reorder points and AI demand forecasting, the system keeps each site stocked to its own demand curve while head office sees the aggregate picture.
